BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HERRANTERTTU APARTMENTS

These terms become binding for both parties once the customer has made a reservation.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A reservation is confirmed once the prepayment (1/3 of the total amount) has been paid by the due date. The invoice is sent after the booking confirmation and must be paid within 7 days. The final invoice is due one month before the start of the stay. Both payments are included in the same invoice.

Accepted payment methods are bank transfer or PayPal, which also enables credit card payments. Detailed payment instructions are provided with the invoice.

CANCELLATION

Failure to pay is not considered a cancellation. Herranterttu Holiday Apartments reserves the right to cancel the booking if the payment has not been made by the due date. A cancellation is considered valid once a written notice has been received.

If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full amount paid will be refunded, excluding the prepayment.

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount will be charged. We recommend checking your travel insurance coverage in case of cancellations.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels are not included in the basic price of the apartment. The beds are made and ready. A linen fee of €20 per person will be added to the invoice. 
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels, but please inform us when making the reservation.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Loppusiivous sisältyy hintaan. Huoneistossa on myös perusvarustus: wc- ja talouspaperia, pesuaineita sekä siivousvälineitä. Nämä löytyvät  siivouskaapista.

Tarviketäydennykset tehdään ainoastaan vaihtosiivouksen yhteydessä.

Voitte  itse hankkia lisää tarvikkeita, mikäli kulutuksenne on ennakoitua suurempaa. 

We have done our best to provide you with a beautiful, clean, and cozy place to spend your holiday. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in good order upon departure. If you move any furniture, please return it to its original place. Final cleaning does not include taking out the trash to the waste station or doing the dishes.

KEYS

The apartment keys can be found in the key box next to the door. The code to open the box will be provided with the booking confirmation. One of the keys is attached to the key box with a wire and cannot be removed. The other key must be left on the hook in the entryway. A lost key will incur a €100 replacement fee.

FIREWOOD

Firewood is available in the outdoor storage. Please remember to turn off the ventilation fan when lighting the fireplace to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
The firewood supply is not replenished during the summer season.

WI-FI

The apartment includes free Wi-Fi. Login details can be found inside the apartment.

STAYING IN THE APARTMENT

The apartment is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure. Other times can be arranged separately if needed.

DAMAGES, DEFICIENCIES AND COMPLAINTS

Any comments regarding the condition or equipment of the apartment must be reported during your stay directly to the caretaker so that we can respond as quickly as possible.

The guest is obligated to immediately report and compensate for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings.

PETS

 Additional payment 20€/pet

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
