Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Bed linen and towels cost €20 per person. However, you are welcome to bring your own. Please indicate this in the booking form and enter the discount code "nofees" to get the correct price without the additional fee.
How do I get the keys?
The keys are located in a key box next to the front door. The code will be sent with your booking confirmation.
Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Pets are welcome for a fee of 20€/each. Please mention them in the booking form.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is always included in the price. However, dishes must be washed and trash taken out by the guest.
When is the apartment available for use?
The apartment is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day of departure.
Is parking included in the accommodation?
Yes. Each apartment has a parking space with a heating outlet.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Is a baby crib available?
Yes, you can order baby equipment in booking confirmation.
When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
The prepayment is due within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the reservation.
How can I pay?
Accommodation can be paid by invoice or via PayPal. PayPal also allows payment by credit card.
What is the amount of the prepayment?
The prepayment is 33 % of the total price.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 30 days before the start of the reservation (the prepayment is non-refundable). After that, the full rental fee will be charged.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
If the booking is cancelled at least 30 days before the rental period begins, the full amount will be refunded, excluding the prepayment. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start date, the entire rental fee will be charged. We recommend checking your travel insurance for cancellation coverage.
What if I don’t pay for my booking?
Failure to pay is not considered a cancellation. Herranterttu Holiday Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the payment has not been made by the due date. A cancellation is only valid once a written notice has been received by Herranterttu.
