Lapinhelmi is the last apartment in a terraced house, Suopunkitie 1 A 5 Suopunkitie 1 A  5

The house is located by the Kelolampi lake. The environment is peaceful and quiet. The residents can use a well-equipped and heated ski maintenance area in the courtyard. The parking spot has a socket so you can plug in your car’s block heater. There are sleds in the outer storage space.

The bright rooms are situated on the same floor. The big south-facing terrace can be accessed from the combined kitchen and living area. The apartment has three separate sleeping spaces and is comfortable and suitable for a family with up to three children or even two couples.
 
Services are close by and can be accessed via a pedestrian walkway:
  • Restaurants 10 mins (660 m)
  • Grocery store Kuukkeli 13 mins (900 m)
  • Maintained ski tracks 2 mins
  • The pier at the beach 30 secs
  • Bus stop for the airport bus 3 mins

The first bedroom has two divan beds; each one is 80 cm wide. The second bedroom has a bed (80 cm) that can be expanded to a full-sized 160cm wide bed. The alcove with windows has a 120cm wide divan bed.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with lots of dishes and every household appliance you can think of. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. The apartment has a sauna, a fireplace, and a TV. Firewood is included in the price. The apartment’s Wi-Fi connection works well.

The location is excellent.
